财务经理

负责财务各个模块：会计、财务控制、预算和报告。负责生成符合法律法规和集团要求的月度财务报告和年度财务报告。负责建立和维系与银行、税务部门和审计的关系。

1. 保持公司账务的准确性和及时性；

Maintain the accounts of the company, accurately and timely

2. 确保子公司财务报告符合当地会计准则、国际财务报告准则以及威立雅集团报告规定；

Ensure proper preparation of financial statements of the Branch in compliance with local accounting standards and proper preparation and disclosure in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards to meet Veolia group reporting requirements;

3. 参与企业管理所需的年度预算、预测和现金流预测，为集团财务合并做准备；

Prepare yearly budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections for management purposes, for incorporation to the Group consolidated accounts;

4. 准备与集团账户合并的月度会计信息以及子公司财务状况的相关分析，为管理层决策提供支持；

Prepare monthly accounts for incorporation to the Group consolidated accounts, together with relevant analysis on the financial performance of the entity, to support management in the decision making process;

5. 为管理团队提供改善子公司经营效益的相关分析和数据支持；

Support Management in the efficiency improvement of the entity, in providing relevant analysis and data

6. 监控公司资金状况，从而确保健康的现金流河足够的信用度以支持公司的运营和投资；

Monitor treasury functions of the company to make sure the company has healthy cash flow position and enough credit facilities to support the operations and investments;

7. 建立和维护对公司活动和运营的内部控制体系，确保内控有效实施，并符合SOA的要求；

Establish and maintain internal control system on company’s activities and operations to ensure the controls are implemented properly and in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOA) requirement.

8. 确保报税的准确性，及时递交纳税申报单和对账单；

Ensure accurate tax calculation and timely tax return submission and reconciliation

9. 管理与当地银行、税务机构、顾问和审计的关系；

Manage the liaison with local bankers, tax authorities, consultants and auditors;

10. 协助总经理或Veolia（亚洲）总裁交办的其他财务相关的工作。

Assist General Manager or Veolia Asia Finance Director for any special finance related assignment in the company as required.

任职要求：

1、流利的英语或法语（口语和写作）。

Fluentin English or French (in oral and writing).

2、本科及以上学历，金融、会计或其他相关专业。

Bachelor or above major in Finance and Accounting or related subject.

3、持有CPA或ACCA证书者优先；

CPA or ACCA is Preferred.

4、掌握国际财务报告准则的会计相关知识。

Accounting knowledge in IFRS

5、有欧美企业工作经验者优先；

Preferably working experience in US or European company

6、2年以上管理经验；

Minimum 2 years experience in managerial level.

7、 5年以上财务和会计相关工作经验。
