Sales Manager

Main responsibilities：

The function will manage:

-pricing and quotations within the boundaries set by a global financial model

-the commercial terms and conditions including SCR catalyst, BEP, support equipment and supervision services.

-tactics within the agreed strategy

-expenditure within his/her budget

-negotiation of final contract and commercial terms

-marketing approach for introduction of new technologies together with Product Management

The function supports the implementation of Key Customer frame work agreement and executions.

The function plans, agrees and reaches a defined financial target

The function ensures that customer visits and timely reports on such visits are organized.

The function proposes adequate payment terms securing a positive cash flow and minimise the risk of non-payment.

The function monitors customer satisfaction, market dynamics, technical changes and trends and competition at the given customer. Information is collected, analysed and evaluated for future technical requirements and interpreted for customer competiton profiles ,overviews, summaries and action lists.

The function ensures in cooperation with his supervisor that all relevant information are exchanged between the SECC functions.

The function supports the decision making process of the SM function. This includes, that:

-budgets are planned and reached

-agreement on customer specific targets is reached

-customer specific requirements are communicated to the supervisor and capacity restrictions are communicated to the customer

-action list for optimization of customer specific as well as general working capital are agreed and executed

-justification of capital investment projects is supported with necessary case studies

The function is directly responsible for their functional reports

The function is responsible to keep the SM cost centre budget

Requirement：

General Environment: Technical sales experience demonstrated by successfully managing complex technologies and facilitating orders from initial contact to final contract, strategic, tactical and financial skills; excellent communication skills with internal and external customers especially in an intercultural environment; good analytical skills.

Age：30-

Specialized or technical knowledge and skills: 3-5 years industry experience with designing institute especially in Iron and steel industry

Required Job Experiences: Experience in Sales Marketing

Strong analytical, business and technical skills

Independent thinking, self motivation, high level of stress resistance

Excellent analytical capabilities and problem solving skills

Wide breadth of mental scope and creativity required

Cultural awareness, good language and communication skills

Willingness to extensive travel
